1. How soon should we reserve Simon Yao’s wedding photography services?

We highly recommend that you contact Simon Yao Studio six months before your wedding date, as our availability is very limited during peak wedding season (i.e. May through October). Simon is commissioned on a first-come, first-served basis and only accept one wedding on any particular day. Our studio is closed for its annual break in either January or February of each year.

2. What other wedding photography related products does Simon Yao Studio offer?

In addition to our renowned Storybooks, Simon Yao Studio offers an array of fine products to compliment your wedding images. Photograph sizes are available from wallet to 30x40, exquisite Storyboards, and packaged parent albums are just some of the examples. Our studio Product Catalogue will be presented to prospective clients during the consultation meeting.

3. How much should I expect to pay for Simon Yao’s wedding photography services?

You may find our comprehensive Investment Brochure available for download on SimonYao.com, under the Wedding section (Please note, Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher is required to download the file.) The brochure entails the different types of coverage we offer as well as a detailed description of each session, and our pricing structure. You may also contact us to have a copy of our Investment Brochure to be mailed, or e-mailed. A $4,000 minimum investment is required.

4. How should I schedule a meeting with Simon Yao Studio?

Simon is available for consultation meetings with prospective clients on weekdays with evening appointments available to 7pm. Please prepare to spend a minimum of one hour of your time. If we are unable to speak to you over the phone, please be sure that your call will be returned promptly.

5. Does Simon travel for weddings outside of Columbus?

Absolutely! We have traveled as far as west as Vancouver B.C. and to as far east as Boston to photograph weddings. Please contact our studio for more details.
